Leadership coaching that creates clarity
Thoughtful, structured support for leaders who want to think more clearly and lead with confidence.
How I coach
My coaching is clear, structured and grounded in real leadership.
Creating the space and quality of conversation that helps you think more clearly, see situations differently and make decisions you trust. The work is thoughtful and focused - without jargon, performance or unnecessary complexity.
I don't arrive with an agenda. I listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, and help you work through what's really going on - so the thinking is yours, and the outcomes are meaningful.
What this work looks like for you

Clear, honest dialogue that cuts through noise and gets to the heart of the issue.
Questions that shift perspective
Thoughtful questions that surface assumptions, patterns and new ways of seeing a situation.
Clarity that leads to action
We move from insight to practical next steps that support your leadership and priorities.
What you can expect
Discovery call
We start with a 30-minute, confidential conversation to understand what’s on your mind, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
This is a two-way conversation. It’s a chance for you to experience how I coach, ask questions, and explore whether coaching is the right approach for what you’re facing. We’ll also be clear about what the work involves — thoughtful reflection, honest challenge, and a willingness to work things through, rather than being given answers.
There’s no pressure to continue beyond this point.
How we work together
  • Sessions are 60 minutes
  • Typically held every 2–3 weeks
  • Delivered virtually or in person (London or Devon)
  • Each session is shaped around what matters most to you at the time
We’ll agree a clear focus for each session and, where helpful, work towards specific outcomes over time.
The aim is to create space to think clearly, work through live issues, and make decisions with greater confidence and intent.
In-person options
When we meet face to face, the setting is flexible and intentional. That might be a quiet meeting room, a coffee shop or a walking session.
For some leaders, movement and space support clearer thinking. I also offer longer in-person sessions on Dartmoor, for those who want time away from routine to reflect and think more expansively.
Between sessions
You'll have access to me between sessions for brief reflections or support with time-sensitive decisions, when it's helpful to sense-check thinking rather than carry it alone.
Confidentiality and discretion
This is your space.
Everything we discuss is confidential. My role is to provide a calm, trusted environment where you can think out loud, test ideas and work through complexity without judgement or expectation.
Next steps
If you'd like to understand whether this way of working is right for you, the best place to start is a conversation.
